1. Account Registration and Eligibility

1.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

To register for and use a pw99 account, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and each time you access pw99 services. By creating a pw99 account, you represent and warrant that you meet these minimum age and location requirements. pw99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

1.2 Account Registration Process

When you create a pw99 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address within the Philippines, valid email address, and Philippine mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account.

1.3 Account Limitations

Each person may register and maintain only one (1) pw99 account. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or inadvertently, are strictly prohibited. pw99 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any winnings or bonuses associated with such accounts. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your pw99 account to any other person or entity under any circumstances.

1.4 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pw99 account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. You agree to immediately notify pw99 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. pw99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your actions or negligence.

2. Deposits and Payment Processing

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pw99 accepts deposits through approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers to Philippine banks including but not limited to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Security Bank. All deposits must be made from payment accounts or bank accounts held in your own name that match the name on your pw99 account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source.

2.2 Deposit Processing and Minimum Amounts

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed instantly and credited to your pw99 account balance within seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may require additional processing time depending on your bank's systems and operating hours. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00). pw99 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts with prior notice posted on the platform.

2.3 Source of Funds

All funds deposited into your pw99 account must originate from legitimate sources and belong to you. pw99 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into your account at any time. You agree to provide such documentation promptly upon request. pw99 maintains strict anti-money laundering policies and procedures in compliance with Philippine law, and we reserve the right to refuse deposits or close accounts where we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

2.4 Deposit Limits and Responsible Gaming Controls

pw99 offers deposit limit tools that allow you to set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts as part of our commitment to responsible gaming. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased immediately and require a cooling-off period before taking effect. You may decrease your deposit limits at any time, and such decreases take effect immediately.

3. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

3.1 Withdrawal Eligibility and Requirements

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to these Terms and Conditions. Before your first withdrawal, pw99 requires verification of your identity through submission of valid Philippine government-issued identification (passport, driver's license, or postal ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the past three months), and proof of payment method ownership. All withdrawals must be made to payment accounts or bank accounts held in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing Times and Methods

pw99 processes withdrawal requests using the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. GCash withdrawals typically process within fifteen to twenty (15-20) minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals typically process within two to four (2-4) hours during banking hours on business days. Withdrawals requested outside of banking hours or on weekends and Philippine public holidays will be processed on the next business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 200.00).

3.3 Withdrawal Verification and Security Checks

pw99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification and security checks before processing any withdrawal request. Such checks may include but are not limited to verification of account ownership, review of gaming activity, verification of payment method ownership, and anti-fraud screening. Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of these checks. pw99 may also request additional documentation or information during the withdrawal verification process, and you agree to provide such documentation promptly.

3.4 Wagering Requirements and Bonus Funds

Funds deposited using promotional bonuses, free bets, or other promotional offers may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each bonus or promotion are stated in the terms of that particular offer. You must complete all applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings. Attempting to withdraw funds before completing wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

All gaming activity on the pw99 platform must be conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: use of automated betting systems, bots, or software designed to manipulate or interfere with platform functionality; collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage; exploitation of software errors, bugs, or glitches; bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers; use of stolen or fraudulent payment methods; and any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.

4.2 Game Irregularities and Disputes

In the event of any game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, pw99 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. If you believe a game has malfunctioned or that an error has occurred affecting your wagers or account balance, you must notify pw99 customer support immediately. Failure to report suspected errors or irregularities within a reasonable timeframe may limit our ability to investigate and resolve the issue. pw99's determination regarding game irregularities and disputes shall be final and binding.

4.3 Betting Limits and Restrictions

pw99 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, maximum win limits, and other restrictions on gaming activity at our sole discretion. Such limits may vary based on game type, account history, and other factors. pw99 may modify betting limits at any time without prior notice. Bets that exceed maximum limits will be void and stakes returned.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure for Rule Violations

pw99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, void bets, withhold winnings, and take any other action deemed necessary if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to pw99 or other players. In cases of serious violations including but not limited to fraud, collusion, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods, pw99 may report such activities to relevant Philippine authorities.

5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

5.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

pw99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players who may be at risk of developing gambling-related problems. We provide various tools and resources to help you maintain control over your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. 5.2 Self-Exclusion Program

6.2 Limited License to Use Platform

pw99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pw99 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This license does not include any right to: download or modify the platform or any portion thereof except with express written consent of pw99; use the platform for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party; collect or use any product listings, descriptions, or prices; make derivative use of the platform or its contents; or use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

6.3 Prohibited Uses of the Platform

You agree not to: access or use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms and Conditions; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the platform; interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers or networks connected to the platform; use the platform to transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other malicious code; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the platform; or frame or mirror any part of the platform without pw99's express written authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Provided "As Is"

The pw99 platform and all content, features, and functionality are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. pw99 makes no warranty that the platform will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis, or that defects will be corrected. pw99 makes no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of any content obtained through the platform.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, pw99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform; any conduct or content of any third party on the platform; any content obtained from the platform; or unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7.3 Maximum Liability Cap

In no event shall pw99's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to pw99 in the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim, or Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 5,000.00), whichever is less. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if pw99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Modifications to Terms and Service

8.1 Right to Modify Terms

pw99 reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We may also provide notice via email to the email address associated with your account or through prominent notification on the platform. Your continued use of the pw99 platform following the posting of revised Terms and Conditions means that you accept and agree to the changes.

8.2 Right to Modify or Discontinue Services

pw99 reserves the right at any time to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the platform or any portion thereof with or without notice. You agree that pw99 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the platform or any part thereof. pw99 may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the platform without notice or liability.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the pw99 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

9.2 Dispute Resolution Procedure

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the pw99 platform, you agree to first contact pw99 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the formal dispute resolution mechanisms provided under Philippine law.

9.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under Philippine law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
